Kenneth Mitchell was appointed to serve as the Assistant Pastor of Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries located in Richmond, Virginia, under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Bishop Daniel Robertson, Jr., in November 2001.

Working alongside Bishop Robertson, Assistant Pastor Mitchell provides support and leadership serving as the primary financial, marital and family counselor for the members of Mt. Gilead.  He, with his wife, Minister Audrea Mitchell work closely with the Mt. Gilead marriage ministry and teach pre-marital classes for those who are engaged or plan to be married in the future. 

He is also responsible for overseeing the more than 800 Helps Ministry volunteers who tirelessly work to keep one of the fastest growing ministries running in the spirit of excellence in which the man of God has put forth.

He has traveled overseas, preaching the gospel and has been to countless countries to include, Solomon’s Island, Uganda, Kenya, India, South Africa and Trinidad & Tobago.

Assistant Pastor Mitchell is a 2015 graduate of Ever Increasing Word Training Center under the leadership of Apostle Leroy Thompson, Sr. and is a current member of LTMA (Leroy Thompson Ministerial Association).

He is a devoted husband to his wife and they are the blessed parents of five children.
